The website https://www.llm-bridge.eu/ was created and published by the Alliance for Language Technologies (ALT-EDIC), a European Digital Infrastructure Consortium established by Decision (EU) 2024/458 of the European Commission and registered in France as an association (loi 1901), registered under number W024005363 and SIRET number 929 059 178 00012.
The website https://www.llm-bridge.eu is the official platform of the LLM-BRIDGE Project, a consortium consisting of 10 partner organisations co-funded by the European Union’s Digital Europe Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101226136.

If you contact us via email or a contact form, we collect your name and email address solely to respond to your inquiry. This data is never shared outside the consortium without your consent.

The LLM-BRIDGE project includes multiple Open Calls for external participants.

Specific Data Controller: 28DIGITAL acts as the independent Data Controller for all personal data collected through the Open Call process.

Scope: The LLM-BRIDGE consortium members (where authorised) and the European Commission will have access to this data for evaluation, contracting, and auditing purposes.

6. Data Sharing & Retention

Consortium Access: Data may be shared among the 10 members of the LLM-BRIDGE consortium only when necessary for project objectives.

EU Obligations: We may share anonymised statistics with the European Commission as part of our reporting obligations.

Retention: Personal data related to website inquiries is kept for the duration of the project (3 years) plus 5 years to comply with EU audit requirements.
The LLM-BRIDGE Open Call
Data Sharing for Evaluation: When you apply for an Open Call, your data is collected by 28DIGITAL. However, to fulfill the project’s selection process, this data may be shared with authorised representatives from the 10 LLM-BRIDGE consortium members and potentially external independent experts.
This sharing is strictly limited to the purposes of:

Evaluation & Selection: Assessing the eligibility and quality of your proposal.

Contracting: Preparing Financial Support Agreements for successful applicants.

Project Management: Monitoring the implementation of the selected projects.

Audit & Reporting: Sharing necessary information with the European Commission or auditors to prove the legality of the funding distribution.
